I like the window idea and really think as long as it was big enough it would look great. I tried to bring the beach to our house as much as possible since we will never be able to actually afford anything on the sand. So I love the lookk of the blue and white. In addition, We cut out our wall from the kitchen doorway and over about 5ft and made it a bar area for eating.
