Thanksgiving was supposed to be at our house this year, but there was a bit of a fiasco with our countertops, leaving us with no sink, dishwasher, stove, or countertops on Thanksgiving day. So, even though we did debate whether or not we could still swing Thanksgiving (cooking things at other people's houses, washing dishes with the hose in the backyard.....could have worked, right?), we decided to move Thanksgiving to my grandma's house.
Three of the four of us sisters contributed a pie to the event. The fourth sister ate pie.
And there you have it....FINALLY. Now that our countertops are in, maybe we will host next year.
